Musashino Art University Musashino Art University, founded in 1962 as the Imperial School of Fine Arts in 1929, is a comprehensive university of fine arts and modeling education. In 2012, Musashino Art University was successfully included in Japan’s Global Talent Development Promotion Program. The program is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan and the Japan Association for the Promotion of Science and Technology. The purpose of the financial support program is to cooperate with the university to promote international education and enhance the international competitiveness of Japan’s new generation of young talents.
